Migrating From Xbreboot To Freeboot
« on: June 19, 2010, 11:34:00 AM »

Since ive modded my xbox 360 several months ago with xbreboot i now have xbreboot on my nand.
The new freeboot can be used on one nand so i want to change from xbreboot to the newest freeboot however i cant find a clear instruction how to do so.

I now it may be a noob question but can somebody help me?
And is it possible to flash te xbox 360 without opening it since it can already run homebrew.

Thank for the help (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

You just need your original nand and the freeboot files from the usual place. freeboot has a very friendly readme for building an image.
You only need a usb device to flash, since you can use Xell to update XBReboot to freeboot. once you build the image.bin, just rename it to updflash.bin and put it on the root of your usb device and boot up Xell and it will update for you.

I'm surprised no one helped within the 8 hours since you posted.

Nobody replied because this has been answered over and over again on this and many other forums. If you can't use the search you don't deserve a reply.
