Trying To Upgrade To Freeboot, Can't Boot Xell +cpu Key

Hi, I have been trying to upgrade my Jtagged Xbox from XBR3 to Freeboot for a while. But I can't enter Xell to read my cpu key. I have tried alot of differnet methods ( start with eject, open tray and start, start using mediacenter remote) But none have worked. I have connencted the xbox using a HDMI cable, could that be the problem?

Or could I skip xell and extract the key from some of the bin files I got when jtagged my console and use flash360 instead?

I have the original nand.bin rawconfig.bin and rawkw.bin.

xell doesnt support HDMI if i remember correctly, try connecting it trough another cable. even standard AV should be enough to read the key..
xell should work fine then if the box is started with the eject button (on XBR3)
