Neogenesis On Jtag With Hacked Xbox 1 Emulator?

Is there any way to get neogenesis to run on the hacked xbox 1 emulator? Whenever I try to run it my 360 completely freezes on the xbox boot logo and I have to turn it off and turn it back on... Wondering if anyone got it to work, I'm trying to play the sega cd portion of the emulator.
