Possible To Merge Folders From Xex Menu?

I want to copy a large amount of data from my old hardrive to the new one Im using. I have the files in the 000000000000000. Its far to many to do one at a time is there a way to copy all or merge folders? Becuase when I select copy and paste it asks if I want to delete this crap and I fear I would lose all of my saves.

you should use your pc as a copystation...

To speed things up, I copy all the files I want to merge into a spare folder on the xbox drive using xexloader and then connect via ftp and just move them into the target folder which is virtually instant.
