Windows 2k And Jungle Flasher

Just for reassurance and confirmation; has anyone gotten JF 1.67 to launch with Win2K/ SP4? I am trying to get JF to work with Win2K and it is not cooperating at all. I only get Java error messages informing me that the Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library reports a debug error. The error is 6029 which states that "This application cannot run using the active version of the Microsoft .NET Runtime. Then it states "Please retry to debug the application. I click retry only to get another program error stating, "Jungle Flasher.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
