Xbox Live Arcade Games On Modded Xbox

Hi, I got a question - what I have to do to download and play Arcade games on 360? I have banned console and I want to know how I can download and burn (or just copy Arcade games from PC to my console)

most of the games from live need a live connection to engage the save function or just to play...
