Read the FAQ, you probably just got your acct suspended.  

it'll work, but it is NOT recommended.  have you ever photocopied a piece of paper that in itself was a copy.  Every time you do your distort/degrade the image.

I agree, i asked this question once and found that it's only legal to have 1 backup of your original. Anymore and it is considered to be piracy.
