Hey saadi107!

If I got you right, you still didn´t get the NXE Update with Avatars after Millerboy3´s post?

If it is so, just visit this page: http://www.xbox.com/...stemupdates.htm

At this page, scroll down to "To create a DVD or CD" and at point 1. you will find a green colored "here". Click on it and the download the NXE Update WITH Avatars will begin. The filesize is about 75MB. After that extract the archive. You don´t even need to burn it onto a DVD or CD, just put the Folder "&System...." to the root of a USB Stick an connect it to your Xbox360. Then the install of NXE will start automatically.

If you have the NXE with Avatars allready, just forget what I wrote;)

Anyone else looking for NXE download, just follow my "path"

or you could update over live like most people of whom none have been banned as a direct result...just a thought....or continue being paranoid, your choice

i personally could give a crap less if i was banned or not now, online gameplay sucks so bad now i never use it, everything else is available as Silver....updates are always available as downloads like mentioned above.....who really gives a crap about live these days anyways

true man but still, paranoid or not, the net is full of ppl who got their systems screwed over. personally id like to experiment that with some of the DLC's that'll be coming out

i downloaded everything...

i still follow the rule just do not stick a copy inside your box and play online...

my xbox has the firmware for the drive only modded so i should be safe no???

do i still follow the same rule....

or do i create a profile which does not connect to Live just to be safe??

Had already that but I got pissed off without my gamer points lol

Lets see... Im still no able to play any of my AVI movies due to the missing codec update from LIVE... Cant access live as i got banned... So yeah, it matters to me currently...
