I do not believe so. The reason why is simple and obvious. The xbox 360 is a consumer electronics device. It's made for home use and for entertainment. Windows Server 2003 is not for consumers nor for entertainment. It is also not intended to be used as someone's pc. It is supposed to be set up, periodically maintained but for most of it's life untouched. This is probably why you're not going to find a tool that specifically works on server 2003. I use server 2003 to host my movies. I assume this is what you're doing. I'd love to be able to stream to my 360 but it simply doesn't make sense for MS to enable such a thing because their product really shouldn't exist in our homes and does not on a large scale. There are very few cases where server 2003 and xbox 360 coexist.
