MS Announced The Release Of A Development Kit For The Xbox360?

I came across this article today and thought of all the people at XS. Rumor has it that MS will be annuncing the release of a development kit for the XBox360, and anyone will be able to buy it for 100 USD. Here, read the article for yourself and post your opinions on this.
