Xbox Emulators - Help Installing

I have a modded XBOX and I have recently downloaded numerious emulators.   They are all .rar files.  How

can I upload these to my xbox so that they are functional.  Any responses appreciated.

Google for unrar, then read the tutorials on the main page about ftping to your xbox, and also read the tuts about setting up dashbaord ini files etc. Also check out the Emulators section....

This is the xbox 360 section....
