Emulating Xbox On Xbox360

Hi

It's been well documented that MS have not been able to successfully emulate some Xbox games on the Xbox360, and are unlikely to ever emulate all titles at all.

Is it technically feasible for the modding community to release emulators for specific games once MS stop? I know that they've had problems with Ninja Gaiden Black especially.
