Hacking Sound Library File?

So, i'm relatively new to xbox modding... but my system is up and running fine.  I backed up Tiger Woods 2006 and had a bright idea (probably not-so-bright actually)

as i backed up all the component files, i figured one of them must be a sound library.  Is there any way to unzip that file and change the component sounds?  

Put simply:  Ultimately, i want to make my character (my stoner buddy), say funny stuff when he misses putts.  

possible?  precedented?

Is this indeed referring to the x360 version of the game, or are you in the wrong forum?
