Mce 2004 W/xbox 360...is There Any Way Possible

I have MCE 2004 on my laptop, which i'm not really using anyhow, but it really pisses me off that only MCE 2005 will work through my 360. There's got to be some sort of patch/hack/file to trick it or maybe even somehow converting to MCE 2005 w/out having to waste money buying it...anyone??

How can i  make MCE 2004 work on the 360

Well you could make a MCE 2005 install disk, and upgrade your OS with that.  I don't think I'm allowed to tell you where to get those files tho...  MS wouldn't like that very much...
