Sorry guys for this n00bpost but i dont know how to play a downloaded DVDR with XBMC without burning it, all i get is the vob or ifo files and i can select the right one with the movie but there must be a way to select the menu as wel, isnt it? Again sorry for the n00b question but im drunk and for the right answer/link2faq i post 10 gmail links tomorrow, besides the fact everyone already have a gmail account! thanks already uys! <

I dont want to be illegal, all i want is to know how to play dvdr files with xbmc. there is nothing illegal with that isnt it?

At the moment XBMC does not have DVD menu support. It's coming real soon though. Hopefully in the next month or two. Until then it sounds like you found the right way to do it. Just wait it out like the rest of us.
