Okay, what files do i need to download from the XBMC site and what do i do with them?

Please read the manual provided on the XBMC site before posting a question like this.  The information is there, basically if you dont know anything about compiling source code, then you will need to look in a different place for XBMC.  The only thing that is provided publicly is the source code.
