To be honest all my xboxes here are jtag so i didn't get to try it yet. My source for this infomration was very good and the marketplace does say it is free so give it a try if you like.

It's showing up as free on my secondary account on Xbox.com.

The web page told me it wasn't downloadable via markeplace on  the website, then when I refreshed the page it went from FREE to $19.99, lol oh well I was only gonna get it because it was free, carry on people nothing to see here.
