Xbox Live Gold 12 Months Membership Ripoff

Bought 12 months of Gold membership back in June this year and it's EXPIRED today,phoned Live support,emailed them the pics of the front and rear of the pre paid voucher that i purchused from Game here in Yorkshire.Now Live support are saying that there not proper pictures,that there screen shots taken from websites.
I'm so angry with them as they've stolen money that i've paid for 12 months of there membership and they've only given me 3 months worth.I really don't know what else to do,as i lost my temper on the phone to them and told them to go F*****k themselves.
