Pls Help: Profile From Flagged Console On New Console?

Sorry if this was answered anywhere before, but I did not find the answer...

I have the console with IExtreme 1.41. which was not on Live since autumn, I avoided ban, but I suppose console got flagged and would be banned as soon as connected to Live. (console A)

I intend to buy a new (console (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) to play on Live. I do not want to create new profile, registration etc, I would like to use the old Live profile from console A and use its harddrive as well.

Is this safe for the console B or is there any chance it gets banned instead of the old one because of the same profile?

If you do not mod your new console, it will not be banned.
