Sorry if this was already discussed but I can't find a real answer to my quest.

The situation is this:

-1 banned console with old profile, now continue to play on it, saving.
-1 legit console with recovered from live gamertag.

I swap HD between the two console but, saves not shown as corrupt beacuse profiles are on MU but cannot be uased on legit console.

Now my question is, if I unflag my old profile on banned console and make the uncripple hdd thing, I will able to sharing the saves between the two consoles? Also achievemente would be if I can update achievement but it's not really important. The important thing is I would be able to sharing saves between consoles without unflag saves every time I swap.

No, everytime you use the HDD on the banned console and access a save file and profile, you have to uncripple those files each time you want to swap it to another console.  You can keep achievements/gamerscore this way as long as you don't recover your gamertag. Just unflag it each time.

Your best bet is to 'uncripple' your banned console, instead of having to make the data on your HD trusted everytime you want to pop your saves/profile onto your non-banned 360.

When you've uncrippled the 360, your saves and achievements will be fine on any other console.
