So I was banned back in November. Anyways last week I go to a friends house and recover my gamertag so we can play some ODST. It worked fine.

I come back home, turn on my banned console to stream some TV shows and to my surprise, it said the gamertag has been recovered. Now in order for me to get my profile back, I gotta take a memory card to my friends house and take my profile.

If we are banned for XBL, why do they still do this? I think it may just be to piss us off. I know it made me somewhat mad.

Also I have read plenty about how the media extender is crippled, thats why I couldn't stream my TV shows, any fix for that yet?

I couldn't find anything similar posted, so if it has I apologize.
