Not really, but if there was an official statement it would probably read....
" We have no concern about the use of
Xlink Kai and any other 3rd party programs that allow for the ability to simulate a local network for system link games for 2 major reasons. One is Built into the Xbox 360 and its games, and the other is due to the behavior of the recently banned xbox 360 owners.
With a limit of about 33ms ping restriction coded into the system, users must be relatively close to maintain a low ping or they will be unable to connect. Users must gather without the aid of the xbox live friends list and play games in the same region, country, or state.
The other reason, related to the almost 1 million xbox 360 owners who find themselves unable to connect, is that they are too busy whining, crying, and hoping to take us to court like we did something wrong and they are guilt free."

Some of us have found a solution! Yeah it may not be as glamorous as live, and certainly not the easiest to connect, being restricted by a low ping, but it works! If you have a banned 360 and can't afford a new one, awaiting a lawsuit, or w/e, get onto this program! The sooner we populate the system, the easier it will be to find a game! Saturday night we had a group with a great connection running many large rooms on Modern Warfare 2. Any game that has system link play can be played here.
What are you waiting for?
