i dont understand if  asystem only has a whisper fan in it every thing else is stock how the h$$$ it gets banned

seems they do not wish to tell me once aigan
this is 2 unmodded systems in 2 weeks
no more xbl for me unless they fix there error

im not risking another system till they fig out what they are doign wrong

what can you do

system has freshly formated 20 gig microsoft hd
recoevered game tag
only played waw and mw2 real games as its not flashed
and get banned anyway *)@$*&@*)$&@)*$

only mod to they system at all is whisper fan but they cause the need for that with crappy solder

they will not give legal dept phone number nothign only india call center with no one to help

if anyone was able to get anymore info for contact etc let me know
im ready to sue the crap out of them

According to a statement earlier today from an XBL enforcement member,altering your console in any way violates the TOS and is reason for a ban.Exactly how they know if you've broken the seal is anybody's guess.Then again it could be total BS.
