Would be interested to hear if anyone been banned after the 17th as well. Read a post a few weeks back where a MS employee mentioned the ban tsunami would run until 17th...

I got banned today, I knew I was banned because I could not get my console repaired. I went back to stock to see if maybe I get unflagged, however as soon as I connected to live it said my console was banned. Oh well I do not play online much, just for roster updates and things, I guess I will have to go to a friends house to get updates.
