Outside of the one they replaced, The 54420 error seems to fit. Could I have gotten one back that the previous owner flashed then un-flashed?

This is all crazy, but one thing is for certain, My mom's was never modded and now it needs repair again. I guess I have to call in.

yes it was easier to get it for her for netflix and so my nephew has something to play when he visits

Same here but luckily my MW2 LE console arrived this afternoon...so I really haven't missed anything.Other than the hassle of transferring Licenses and recovering my Gamertag.
