Will C4eva will ever speak about this ban wave?  Or he really works for MS now? I am just curious to know his technical respond to this

If he worked for MS would he of made ixtream 1.61?
You should be happy you could get on live at any point. Theres no reason he should make a firmware safe for using your backups online or even keep it updated.

If I was him and I was going to release a firmware mod I would say, If you get banned on live stuff you I dont care be happy you can even play off line.
IMO thats how it should be like back on xbox 1 days. Use a backup you will get banned.
