It's not the firmware we've had 1.51 and 1.6 and 1.61
3.
it's not the drive, all manufacturers have banned drives
4.
it's not any wave 4 game.
5.
People who HAVEN'T played borderlands have been banned.
6.
People who haven't done the wifi update have been banned. (if they can't connect at all, it doesn't even OFFER the update, you're banned.

I hate the term backups......everyone says backups.....

did you DL the games or did you back them up.

I really don't give a crap where you get your games but if you downloaded it then don't call it a backup. I assume everyone who uses ABGX is downloading their games.

What I would like to know....did you rip all your games yourself.... if yes, did you use a Kreon drive or an Xbox drive to make the backup

reading all of this, just one question is still unanswered... all the banned consoles was in the Beta Facebook/Twitter Preview?

as of 1:18pm PST not banned

ixtreme 1.6 ( i think) jasper, only play a few games though. Will update if i get banned later.

I was banned and was not signed up for the beta, never played badlands, never played any wave4/activate.iso.

No, I wasn't in the beta and mine got banned... most likely for detecting bad rips or playing games before their release date.

with the current wave of console bans, is the 360 totally useless. can you still play retails and backups of them or you just can't do anything with live.

it just effects XBL, but with that said all of my arcade games are now useless

D/L or not, you can't really discuss piracy here.. So, "backups"

i see. i guess for a lot of people having live is essential which is why they go out and buy a new 360. but do you still have to update firmware if you get banned to play backups of retail games.
