No Imdb Thumbs

I have the latest xbins release but i have no thumbs in my movies, why? :angry: <

Doubtful.. But what you asked is pretty much the equivalent of that answer.

There's your problem.

Your DNS setting is bad.

The reason why it correctly downloads the imdb info is that we use hardcoded ips for www.imdb.com and us.imdb.com.  But we do not for ia.imdb.com.

Please make sure your network settings have a correct dns server set.

I have this same problem. I use XBMC 18.01.2005 and thumbs not download from IMDB. This is my log. Please help :(

That means your DNS server is not set correctly still.

Please set it properly if you want this to work.

SebNET,  your issue looks to be different.  Do the same thing.  Set <loglevel>0</loglevel> in XML and then run the test again.

Ok i change this function on XML and nothing...

Can you tell me where and how to change DNS to this IMDB ? I have XBOX only 2 weeks and i'm newbie...plz help :beer:

After you change the loglevel to 0, you need to paste the relevant parts of the xbmc.log!!

Anyhow, settings are changed in Settings->Network menu screen.  Please read the manual at : http://manual.xboxmediacenter.de

And please go over the stickies.
