My account was banned too.

M$ don't care about the money I spent.  And they don't care about my near 80k gamerscore.

not that im condoning this but,  buy a new 360 and swap the shells and return it.
id recommend doing this at walmart cause i know here in canada    walmart cant(or doesnt) resell the boxes they go right back to the manufacturer.
my hope is eventually if there were a big influx of banned returns from the largest retail outlet M$ would rethink this banning "pirates/backupers" nonsense
the cool thing is
all the stickers are on one side and thanks to the screw-less design it doesnt look like tampering
then do a content licence transfer issue resolved. biggrin.gif

yeah commit fraud cause you decided to mod your 360.  and its all MS's fault cause they are trying to protect their investment.  idiot

OK. What your actually saying there is fraud so you should probably watch what your doing if you try that. I wouldn't even recommend trying that.

No, they don't give a toss. What they do care about is the lost revenue in piracy and they're trying everything they can to stop it so stop moaning. I'm sure you were aware of the risks when you modded your drive and/or playing a game early.

I think the people who know how to hack gamerscores could easily just move all the content they've purchased and their saves+score to a new account and play on that.

 Anybody know?

You realize of course that the serial number is also on the motherboard.  You can see this when you look in the information section of your Dashboard.  When the serial numbers don't match up when shipped back to M$, they know.

You can move saves & resign them to a new account & re-add your gamerscore onto another account.
You could also transfer all the DLC you have purchased to another console (licence transfer) & use it.

The game hasn't been verified in ABGX (at least it's not on their site), so if you're playing a "backup", you're basically *begging* to be banned. It's probably a review copy that everyone is playing.

Anyone know which version is causing the bans?
The NTSC DComics rip or the PAL Allstars rip? (or both).

Allstars is a pretty reputable scene group - i don't think they would upload a review copy & not warn anyone about it.

You know people like you make me sick. You know how many times I bought a console from Wal-Mart only to find out some scum bag like you did this very same thing and I get stuck with it?

Not only is it a crime but it is also against forum rules here and I hope you get banned from here as well as Live. You have over 200 posts here I thought you would know better.

You can't do a license transfer from a banned account to whoever said you can transfer DLC to a new system.  I have 2 xbox's and tried this.

Lost a LOT of DLC sad.gif

Awwww man, that sucks.

I thought the account would just be banned from Live, not totally locked down.

I don't think you're allowed to talk about specific scene releases here mate. You might want to edit your post and remove those references in case you get suspended or banned.

Honestly I can't believe how foolish you'd have to be to play such a high profile release almost a month early on your online profile connected to live. If your dumb enough to do this what did you think could happen.

Why didnt you just make a second offline profile that isn't a live profile to play the game early if you got a copy. I mean its just common sense.

So, how they know that I am playing a backup or legit Forza 3? My console is fine, only account was banned. So, assuming that they know the forza 3 that I played, wasn't legit, why they don't banned my console, instead of banning my account? This is a STUPID and NONSENSE ban.

And TO HELL with the lost revenue in piracy. M$ has a lot of money, I don't live in US and here in Brazil games are very high priced. About $120 for one game.

Yes, the account is just banned from Live. My gamerscore, saves, DLC, are all fine. The only thing is that I can't be online in Live, and a stupid message appears, that my account is suspended until 12/31/9999.

TO HELL MICROSFT. I am very pissed about it.
