80169c5f Error When Connecting To Live.

I keep getting this error code when I try to create a gamer tag or recover an old one to this console.

It says: "This action cannot be performed at this time.  Please try again later.  80169C5F"

Any idea what is going on?  Is it me? My hardware? My connection?

 it means the windows live service is unavailable. try later.  cool.gif
