How is this possible? Now when we sign on to xbox live there is no gamertag associated with the windows live id and all the achievements are gone.  That doesn't say much for Live's security.  To make matters worse, when I called MS to report the report, they asked if we had another live account to which we said yes. They asked for the gamertag and after hanging up, the account became suspended.

Very frustrating!
