well i play "backups" online all the time im not banned yet make sure games go threw abgx before play them
you may get banned you may not who knows for sure but you wont get hit untill next wave anyways and there aint been one of them for wile yet you cant dual boot 360s
what do you mean 3rd party apps only things i can think of that way would be to cheat in some way on live like gta or the cod mods which if you use you should be hung up by your balls i just dont get other wise why you would need to mod xbox for "apps"seems pretty pointless flashing xbox to just play original games

you take the risk of being banned should you flash your console the same as every other user here who has
and you also void your warrinty and there is also a good chance if you dont know what your doing that you could render the thing useless so read all the guides possible first and look at utube ..
