Fallout 3 Dlc

Hi
Sorry if this has been posted before - I have had a browse through and haven't found a definitive answer.
To cut a long story short, I am using a US live account (recently moved to US) with my UK copy of Fallout 3. I really want the DLC for the game, but I dont want to shell out, just to find I cannot play it - this has happened with my download of Farenheit/Indigo Prophecy from the Xbox 1 store on live.
Am i save getting the content, or will I be disappointed again?
