i can connect to C.O.D4 online but when i enter the matchmaking section of halo3 online it come up with error "the infomation cannot be retrieved from halo3 server" does ne1 know what it means? and if it can be fixed please help.

p.s i have already called microsoft for help but there infomation got me nowhere.
