Parent Settings And Halo Connectivity

my friend sent me a friend request, but for some reason i need to put in my parent email password.
i hear people talking bout diabling it.
if u can help post.

also. when i try to connect to halo3 online it says that the infomation cant be retrieved from halo3 sever.
my COD4 online works fine and when i called microsoft customer support they said the server is full, at that time when the serever was "full" i asked my friend if he could get on coz it was saying to me it was full. he got on to halo3 server fine.
does ne1 no wats wrong?
