my other xbl account got hacked and i've been offline for a while so to speak playing games with a gs of 42335.
i'm about to make a new account and i was wondering if i'll get all those gamerpoints transferred to live?

gamerscore can NOT be transferred from one account to another. if you are infact implying what i think you are, you might be out some gamerscore no matter what you do.

it sounds to me like someone did an account recovery on your account, took the profile, and you kept playing it offline on your system.

if this IS the case, any achievements gained after the other person did an account recover will disappear when you recover your account.

that sucks, but that is the only way you will see ANY of your achievements. did they change the credit card associated with the account or something? why can't you just do an account recovery and restore your profile that way.
