I have this problem..

I can't use my gamertag cause its country is brazil, so everyone knows we cant change the country.
and brazil can't log to xlive... so i cant access it in the console

so how do i do to migrate this gamertag to another live id, so i can free my live id to create a usa gamertag?

plz help!
