That is exactly what it says, you have a suspension, likely due to a complaint by another LIVE member for language, unsportsmanlike conduct, motto etc....
Wait till tomorrow and see if t works.  Also if you have another gamertag on that console, that one will likely still be able to sign on.

Im Happy just checked this morning and my live is on no reason for the suspention tho but thats wat ya exspect from M$ thanks for your post yo may close this thread now
