No, and you can only create 3 before you dont have the option to try gold.

Like Hawk said, just to give you another  source, you can only create three free one month gold accounts per 360.  There is no banning, just a ban of creating more than the alotted free month gold accounts and I may be wrong but this is done via the MAC address?  Is that correct?  Either way, you are in no danger of a ban, but your are in danger of finally being forced to buy a gold membership.
