sounds like the server (xbox live) is refusing your connection

really unlikely they would reverse the ban with out you so much as calling them

Ive just done the test again and its gone back to being banned again! My brothers console has done the same too lol

I dont care really as Ive got a spare xbox anyway.  Do you think it is worth flashing my spare xbox now or waiting a few weeks to see how banning happened / possible new firmware?
