I been reading some of the posts here, most reports of  "I'M NOT BANNED YET" or "NOT BANNED" and some of you guys are posting these reports using you XLIVE unique ID's LOL,  Unique Live ID's are what they are UNIQUE and it is the only thing MS needs to banned your console...
Keep on reporting with your ID and you'll see ; )

That ridiculous. Whats to stop somebody from creating an XBS account using the same nic as somebody elses gamertag?
If MS started banning based on the nic or claimed gamer tags in these forums, there would be (another) class action law suit.
