Well since obviously you didn't buy the game, you could potentially get into some trouble. How about you try it and tell the other pirates what happens.

Well if you backed up gears of war 2 after you purchased it and then go online there is always a chance you could get banned. It is a very small chance but the risk is still there.

In case it is not clear nobody cares about you pirating, do what you like in your own time. you have to live with the consequences..but do not come on here and start naming releases and expecting help when the game you are asking about is not a back up of your original owned game.
