We are all going to get BANNED, NOT.
Maybe we will maybe not it is always luck if there is an unknown bug in the firmware there is a chance Microsoft will strike again if not we will be safe.
I doubt that there will be another ban but the little risk always remains, so quit your whining and take it as it comes, you cant change anything about it anyway...

There are much more important things to worry about, like that the congress rejected the bailout plan yesterday and that the world is now going towards another Great Depression but oh well...

Yes, I connected earlier today with a benq with Iextreme 1.4, no bans or anything so far.

MS doesn't ban like that. If they're going to implement a new banning method, they're going to sit on it for at least 6 month while they gather intel, so that they can mass ban before the majority figures out what criteria they used for the banning. You'll never see it coming.

btw after Live back on-line has anyone tried installing the leaked Dash 08?
it was looking for server, and cant find one.

now with the updated LIVE maybe it can get server and get your x360 updated..

tried it, and still can connect lol, the leaked dash 08

and im still not banned. maybe because i use original game when play online?

me and a few friends were playing cod4 when the match froze and when i tryed to connect back i could not. i called one of my friends and he said that he had about 30 friends online and it dropped down to 4 so i think something is going on. we all have hacked fw even my friend who was able to connect again

Not sure if they are having issues, but I was playing all night and stopped for a little snack, turn it back on and it wont sign in.
Test passes for everything up to LIVE itself.

Yeah I've also gotten disconnected, and I keep failing the Xbox Live test and gtting this Y Code 30A8 48E0 but I have 0's for my Z, so I'm pretty sure you need a Z code to be banned

EDIT yeah... It looks like live is down... Look at the xbox forums...
