If you own the game you shouldn't be banned.  If they do you should be able to prove it.

store managers get early games from time to time, nothing wrong with playing a game before street date.

i used to work at gamestop. all my friends who still work for gs/eb are all managers now. i get street dated games all the time. dont see how its hurting anyone. im going to buy at gamestop anyways, as i get the best discount i can.

I don't see MS would ban you. the only people that get into trouble would be the stores that release early and are found out. As happened with PES6.
