Halo Map Packs

I downloaded both Halo map packs using a silver live account and was able to play maps. Instead of upgrading my account to Gold, I created a new gamertag and now when i play Halo the maps arent there. This is the same xbox they were working on from before. do i need to redownload (buy) the maps under my new Gold account? or is there a way to get these maps to show for my gold account?

i think you have to got to the settings blade and
 click memory then find the map pack and press move then select your hardrive

its already on the hard drive. thats were i originally downloaded it to.
