What's A Good Xbox Live Headset

i need to buy a new one since the one i have doesn't function properly anymore. the two im looking at arE:

You can use ANY cordless phone headset as long as the jack fits. Most use the same size jack as the xbox 360 controller. I would recommend getting one that has volume control and mute.
