I just have a silver acount for downloading demos and free stuff but for the last couple of days I've been trying to get on xbox live and when i sign in all i get on the screen is the xbox 360 icon with the blinking dots going around it.  No marketplace.  Just the big 360 icon with the flashing dots.

I tried updating the dash by putting in a new game, tried recovering my gamertag, did all the connection tests... it passes all of them but i still cant see anything from marketplace.

What's up?

Same exact problem here, connection test ok, blinking dots, etc...

Just went away at 4:55PM CST as I was typing this.

My guess there was an update being applied. Good luck Rollo.
