AFAIK they ban the console and not the user so what does that have to do with anything?

If you have to ask that question you are either loaded or a dumb ass.   If even half the people that are banned cancel their accounts instead of going to buy a second box (which I’m sure they would) then the relation is obvious.

They know the risk. You play game backups on Live and you get bannned. It's been like that since the first Xbox so I would say they are dumb ones. There are a bunch of folks downloading games from newsgroups ...I guess you think they should all be able to use Xbox Live.

They could start off by price dropping again
then lower the price on LIVE
improve the servers stability by a large margin
add more server so there wont be any down time ever! (since we are paing for the service)
and to sum it all up have the greatest spring update...all the great features its missing like (IE)

hmmm sounds like a wish list rolleyes.gif

Let's not have that warn out argument about innocents backing up their games to protect their investment being harshly treated due to being banned. We all know exactly why the majority of  people use backups on live and take this risk, and mostly the reason is they don't have the original disc.
Oh and you don't get banned for the 12v fan mod alone. I have thrown down the challenge before and not one person stepped up with proof.
MS should not unban the banned unless it is a mistake on their part. In those cases the people should be unbanned immediately.
They should concentrate on on making sure the capacity increase they want and plan to get can be catered for in terms of continuation of service with no disruptions.
The service is worth the money and MS ought to push the benefits via advertising campaigns.

Send me your proof or post it here. This is an otherwise never flashed console with only a 12v fan mod.
Consoles are not banned for 12v fan mods

Your box has flashed firmware

"I had to download an update to play Gears of War. Now when I put in the free game disc that comes with the xbox magazine it gives me the error message "Requires and xbox 360 to play". All my originals and all backups still play fine, just those free disc give me that error message. I have a Hitachi drive with older firmware. Not the xtreme firmware. It also happened to be right after I put my box in one of those clear blue cases with the blue talismoon fans. I dont know if that has anything to do with anything"

Also note this fan mod is still at 5v.. This console is still unbanned. I have 2 other 360's.  One as I said one of the fans quit working so I did the 12v mod. About 2 months later it was banned.  How do I send proof? Pictures of all the original games I own for the unmodded console?

And this banned console also happens to be a console that was scratching disc...After this ordeal I will never send one there again..Thats why I refused to send it back to microsoft.

Who told you it was banned for modded fans. Who confirmed this?
How do you know it wasn't the disc read errors picked up that caused it?
You still also did not state if the 12v fan mod one was/has ever been flashed?
You have read a post about modded fans and made an assumption on the cause.

so...

increasing the numbers with 10 million...

just after the hole breakdown after hitting 10 million and causing sveral weeks and even months with lagg and delay..

impressive...

how could u even consider doubling the users without updatingg the servers??

is this 10 million just in the usa or are u thinking about the rest of the world that do not even have their own halo3 server..

YEAH- i wanna advertise this to my friends. i would say, come to xbox live, buy their shitty console, and halo3 - and enjoy the hours of waiting in matchmaking and the month or two u spend withoit any console while they fix ur RRoD,..''

LOOL...

i own an 360 and a modded xbox- and still my xbox is even greater than the 360 if we are talking about media..

the xbox 360 doesnt even se half of my divx not to mention my tvshows in avi format..
that just LOL- no i take that back- thats just SAD!!

WTH? u think with a nice machinery like the 360 u can handle some formats??

and FIX more servers - its not just the US that have live players..
