 Let me see it this way on any game your playing on servers  will be fine but with that upload it can be a bit laggy as far as hosting maybe 2-4 people max also i mean it just depends on what were talking about pc or game little more detail would be nice.

Oh yeah, I only play games on my 360, only first person shooters, every once in a while sports or racing.
