That is correct. Before calling xbox support you need to understand that several of their support staff are newbie members of this very forum and read every thing they see as absolute fact. They also spread these rumors to their co-workers. The amount of poo-poo i hear from techs at just about everywhere makes me wonder what makes them qualified for their jobs, if they played it defensive and kept their mouths shut on things they don't understand many similar issues would be simplified.
Edit: Keep in mind that even some ms support staff have modded boxes and what not. It would be illegal for ms to do background checks to keep only the perfect citizens.
